This isn’t a floor-based ab class. It’s a coached, HIIT-style stability workout that builds real core strength through bracing, control, and full-body movement.


Using bands, kettlebells, and controlled instability, we train the stabilizers that protect joints and improve performance. Scalable for beginners, challenging for experienced athletes.
